About Me

Steven is responsible for helping to ensure we have a smooth transaction. His job is to keeps things on track and in compliance in regards to all necessary real estate disclosures and transaction milestones. He coordinates and communicates with Escrow, Inspectors, Real Estate Agents, and the Client to make sure all parties are kept informed, and working smoothly so that we can close on time. With over 10 years of experience working on Lynn’s Team, he helps make the paperwork process of selling or buying a home as pain free as possible.
